SocialCoaster

Privacy Policy

SocialCoaster respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical data.

We collect personal information you choose to provide when you submit a video, contact us, complete a form, register for a related service, or otherwise interact with SocialCoaster.

We also collect technical and usage information automatically when you use our websites and services. This helps us operate the site, understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and relevant account information.
  • Video submission details, social media handles, channel URLs, whitelisting information, and content-related notes you provide.
  • Payment, billing, subscription, or authorization details when needed to administer a service.
  • Device, browser, IP address, referring URL, location-derived, log, analytics, and diagnostic information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide services, respond to requests, and operate securely.

We process personal information to provide and improve our services, manage submissions, administer agreements, handle whitelisting and licensing workflows, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and maintain reliable operations.

We may also use information for analytics, fraud prevention, security monitoring, compliance, internal reporting, service development, and other legitimate business purposes.

When We Share Information

We share information only when needed for services, compliance, or business operations.

We may share information with service providers, vendors, consultants, and contractors who help us operate our websites, host data, process payments, deliver emails, provide analytics, support users, or perform other services for us.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, government request, safety concerns, fraud prevention, enforcement of our agreements, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We also do not share, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes except as described in this policy or with your consent.

Service Providers

Selected providers support hosting, forms, analytics, payments, and content systems.

The providers we use may vary over time, but they are generally limited to services that support hosting, database administration, form collection, content management, analytics, communications, payment processing, customer support, security, and similar business needs.

These providers are expected to process information only as instructed by us and to protect the information they handle on our behalf.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies and similar technologies help measure usage and maintain site functionality.

We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, analytics tags, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure campaigns, protect against abuse, and improve our services.

Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. Some features may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and protect our rights.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it from further processing unless retention is required or permitted by law.

Security

We use safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, monitoring, vendor controls, and operational security practices.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should use the services from a secure environment and contact us if you believe your information may have been compromised.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your information.

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

We will review and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Do-Not-Track Signals

There is no uniform industry standard for Do-Not-Track signals.

Some browsers and mobile systems include a Do-Not-Track setting. Because there is not yet a consistent legal or technical standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them in a uniform way.

If a standard is adopted that applies to us, we will update this policy to describe our response.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under state law.

California residents may request information about certain disclosures of personal information and may have additional access, deletion, correction, opt-out, or limitation rights under applicable California privacy laws.

If you are under 18, reside in California, and have publicly posted content through our services, you may request removal of that public content where required by law. Removal from public display may not remove every copy from backups or other systems.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a revised date and will be effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
